    Unfortunately, the wifi was only accessible in the pool and bar area. This limited our ability to enjoy family time on the balcony comfortably as opening the door affected the AC. The children's sleep was disturbed because we had to manage the temperature and noise from outside.

    This hotel had so much potential, but the lack of wifi in the room was just tragic. Trying to enjoy the balcony while keeping the kids asleep was a disaster. I almost thought about giving a good review, but how could i when they didn't even offer a welcome gift for my stay? So disappointing.
